I wanted to love this store but of the few time's I’ve shopped here I never felt welcomed, no one speaks to you and when it’s time to cash out they turn their nose up at you. Now I see that even when they are in the wrong they still do not care about customers and only cares if you are spending money!

I bought some king crab not even 48 hours later when I cooked them ; the crab was tan looking, , weird textured and smelly. I knew when I took them out of the shell something wasn’t right. I called up to the store the very next morning to be told by seafood manager Justin “ ok come in after work and someone will take care of you” after explaining everything . Got to the store and met with Paul another manger who stated after seeing the picture “they don’t look that bad” I was blown away by that statement. Paul stated that I would have to speak to the store director Salvo to be compensated. Frustrated but determined to be accommodated for them selling a bad product. I listen and waited to speak to the store director the very next day only to be told by Sue that Justin, the seafood manager will only give me a store credit of half the cost, not the cost including taxes. And I kept explaining her that I didn’t understand why I’m only getting half the credit she told me that I should’ve brought in the product, but the product was bad and I didn’t feel comfortable carrying the bad crab around in my car which is ridiculous! Why like I was getting no where with this issue I had to reminded her that I bought the king crab on my EBT card, and that according to the law, it has to be refunded to my EBT card and can not be refunded in any other form of payment and she stated well technically this doesn’t have anything to do with your EBT card so we’re just gonna give you a store credit. I highly suggest anyone who’s thinking about shopping at this location stay away they are committing fraud and could possibly cause harm if someone was to get ill from bad food. They’re selling bad products and it’s unacceptable. They did not try their best to accommodate me in anyway ;they wanted to give me what they thought was appropriate instead of fully refunded me for something that I bought from them which would be the correct thing to do.

A great Italian food store, the fresh baked goods are fantastic as are their fresh prepared salads, ready to cook specially meat items and precooked meat. I have been shopping there for around 25 years and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their in-store made items

its sensory overload pleasantly at this store. we usually buy our fresh pears elsewhere. those pears do not ever get ripe. buy them on Tuesday ripen them for four days eat them for seven green. not the pears from V&J's they RIPEN taste delicious and they pit easily. i put mine in a daily smoothie have done for at least four years everyday for breakfast. today is the 4th day for the pears from V&J's. thought we would say a good word for the produce folks at V&J's you guys are great!!

The best cakes anywhere in Shelby, Rochester, Sterling Heights , Birmingham and Troy area. I've tried if not all, a lot. Vince and Joes are the absolute best. Fresh and not overly sweet. Whoever is running the bakery is doing an amazing job. In the past 2-3 years the cakes have gotten MUCH better.

I love this store, especially the seafood is very fresh, the attention of the Latin boy is very good. You can see that he is a great worker. I highly recommendit is a very clean place and i love to come and do my shopping especially in the bakery there are my favorite desserts I recommend them

This is my "go to" store when I'm preparing a nice dinner for the family, or looking to impress my buddies with my cooking skills. Great meat section with pre-seasoned main course items. (Saves a lot of time, and there is plenty to choose from!) The store is always clean, and very easy to get in and out with plenty of cashier lanes open. Zero complaints!
