Best service ever. I've worked in the service industry all my life. First time in years that the owner himself came to my house and took care of my tractor needs. I will always go to Pells. They are the best. Dave Potgeter

I bought a tractor here. It won’t be back. I have little good to say. The salesman(who was also the owner) was helpful and treated one issue fairly.

However, the service department is terrible. I can’t call for any questions on a piece of machinery I bought there without their answer being “bring it in so we can take a look”. It’s not the closest dealer, but I liked the family business aspect and was hopeful of a good relationship.

Look your machinery over very well! After their post buy checks(that were also marked with paint) I had wheel lugs that were hand loose on most of the wheels.

They seem to know very little about tractors they sell. My questions about maintenance were not understood and couldn’t be answered even when I referenced the manual.

I have went elsewhere for maintenance and found much better service where they actually care to help and are knowledgeable.

I see other people who have had issues here get a defensive reply back from the owner. I will not be calling you after a defensive reply. Fix your lack of customer service and you wouldn’t have to reply to bad customer service reviews.

I needed a new seat for my 1985 duetz allis. Mr. Pell himself came to my house, picked up the old seat. Two days later, came back and installed the new one! What a great experience! Old fashioned customer service. I didn't even know such great service still existed. Cyndi kloosterhouse

If you are in the market for a tractor, I highly recommend going to Pell’s. The staff is outstanding! Everyone is extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable. The purchase process was very easy and convenient. They also took the time to show me all the features of my tractor, and made sure I was comfortable using it. They even helped me load the tractor and showed me how to safely secure it to my trailer. You can tell The Pell’s team take pride in customer service.

We recently purchased a tractor on their lot. The professionalism and courtesy they showed us was awesome. They kept us informed, very helpful, great communication. They transfered the needed paperwork to our dealer here in Utah, and they did a great job getting the tractor ready for transport. It was a great experience to deal with this company, their awesome customer service was wonderful. If the opportunity arises , we will do business again. And will definitely recommend them to anyone.
