Absolutely terrible. Went in to purchase a lawnmower and was told they had the one i wanted in stock. Salesman let me know it was in the storage shed and that i would receive a call once they had it to the shop and Checked over. Told me it would be early next week. ( went in 2/27). So the following thursday i called wondering why i had never received my promised call and was told my salesman would call me back. Which he did, telling me it was behind a bunch of other mowers and it would be the next monday. Okay.... So i waiting again till next thursday and decided to stop in to see what was up. Some worker told me covid was the reason i had waited so long(to get it out of the garage) and at the end of the day they told me i would have to keep waiting for an unknown amount of time. Got my money back. Im going to get that same mower from lowes tonight. They proved to be lazy and a bunch of liars. Would not waste my time buying anything from them. No one cared at all about helping me. Go to big store to save yourself a month of time.

Too early for review
They currently have one mower in for repairs and I'm in the process of getting a new zero turn. Haven't heard back on either, I've received calls but no messages. Looks like the ball is in my court and I'll return call and guess what they called me about.

Service sucks. I walk in and the guy asks me what i needed, he goes in the back room to get it and phone rings, he answers it, then ignores me for like 10 minutes while he talks on the phone and looks on the computer for the person on the phone. Finally another employee comes along to help me.
