Absolutely terrible for lawn care. We had them last year and everytime they were on property something was hit, run over, or destroyed. Flowers, gutter drains, ground lighting, you name it. Staff rush through jobs and do not care about quality, only how fast they can get things done. We discontinued service for this year and asked them never to come to our property again, and yet this morning a truck showed up to mow with it set too low and destroyed a patch of grass. The owner/management do not care about complaints and do nothing to fix issues. RUN FROM NTA!

We moved to the area over a year ago and have used NTA for lawn service and snow plowing. They do a great job!
We recently had them come and remove some trees on our property too.
Their prices are fair and their services are reliable.

We hired NTA last fall to give us a final grade on our new home that our contractor failed to do. Jason promised we would be very happy with the results. The fill and top soil they brought in is full of large pieces of road tarmac, chunks of cement, chunks of wood and other assorted trash. When asked about the substandard soil he said he was trying to give us the biggest bang for our buck. Another waisted $8k. I won't even get into the drain he destroyed.
Do NOT hire this firm for your landscaping needs.

Nice on the phone, but I was pretty miffed that they gave me a 3 hr window for sand delivery then came at a different time when I wasn't home and now I have to haul it all with a wheelbarrow over to where it's supposed to be

PS yes I did hear from someone however after I said I wasn't home, he said he would call me back. I definitely did not receive that call or any details about the truck not fitting through the gate.

NTA has been mowing and servicing our underground sprinkling system at our soccer fields for several years now and we have zero complaints. They are timely and on schedule every time for mowing and when we call about an irrigation issue or concern, they are out the same day to take care of it. Great work NTA!!

Paid $35 dollars a yard for screened top soil to be delivered and received a mixture of sand and clay chucks that would not support grass growth or hold water. Contacted them to hear their reponse and they never got back with me. Very poor business practice and follow up.

Supposed to mow every other week, haven't shown up in 4 weeks now. Been like this all summer. Shouldn't constantly be asking when they'll show up, will never use again.
