After completely destroying my last crop I decided to go to a place hoping to find knowledge outside of YouTube. The gentleman inside, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helped me step by step on what products to buy (without trying to sell me the most expensive thing) and stage by stage knowledge. Loved how he said, “if you ever need help, just call and I got you.”

Great new place I discovered for Beginner to Pro Growers, excellent information to give. I've been growing for 2 yrs now and always have new questions, and the guys at the shop are always the go to if books and Internet don't cut it.. My favorite store closed. So now I'm in search of a new hydroponics store. I've been to three, Metro grow is one of them. I discovered they have my 5 or 6 basic necessities. The sales associate was friendly and helpful. I also found a new product that would be helpful in my grow. So Metro Grow is going to be my new hydroponic store for now. ?

I've been doing business here for 2 years. I bought a home grow kit. spent over $600 bucks on it. When I revamped my house I didn't want the system any longer. I gave it to Moe to well for me. First price was $600. The kit was a very nice, and very complete indoor grow system. After a few months I checked in with him and we decided to lower the price to $500. That was many months ago. I went back today, and he tells me he sold my kit. Except for the light and the blower evidently. The light was now missing a standard power cable that was there originally. I got back my light, minus power cord, and the blower missing everything else, including the nice charcoal filter. I got $120 all together for everything. He even said he couldn't find my phone number, even though I've been a customer for years. I put my trust in this man. There are many choices in grow shops. He not only lost my money, my phone number, and my trust, he also lost a customer. I'll be going elsewhere form now on. Very disappointing.

Just went yesterday for the first time. Mo is the man. Very helpful and knowledgeable, plus they have build a soil no till mix!!!!!! Awesome products, and genetics I will be back For sure. Thanks Mo
