We used Statewide Party Rentals for my daughter's wedding reception in June 2024. The tent set up was unique as we were adding extra seating area at The 10 Spot and needed to cozy up Statewides tent to the tent already set up at The 10 Spot. This was the first ever reception held at this venue so we had a lot of questions and concerns as to how we could make it all work. Statewide was professional and timely in everything they did. They coordinated with the owner of The 10 Spot and made life much easier for this mother of the bride!

They are fantastic! Their communication is clear and concise. They go above and beyond during the installation and pick-up. The owner was amazing and very communicative. He’s got a physically demanding job/career and he was teaching his younger workers how to complete tasks, which showed he cared about the next generation.

Our wedding was June 6, 2022 at Barothy Lodge in Walhalla. From our very first contact with Statewide Party Rentals until the day after the wedding when they picked everything up, they were nothing short of amazing! We rented table linens, chairs, tent and arch for our outdoor wedding. Danna was our go to and knew Barothy Main Lodge well. Her kind and professionalism ways were impeccable. We couldn’t have been happier with our whole experience with Statewide rentals. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful and took a serious interest in making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it as the rain fell on our special day. Planning a wedding long distance from Bluffton, Sc had its challenges, however Danna always put our concerns at ease! We would definitely highly recommend their services for your party needs.

We live in China for 10 months out of the year and had the challenge of planning most of our wedding via e-mail. Danna and her team were amazing with their level of communication, professionalism, friendliness, and creativity. They took our Pinterest-inspired ideas and created a plan for us that really captured what we wanted for our ceremony and reception. They are detailed and thorough, and helped us throughout the entire planning process. Danna was so helpful and I often turned to my partner and said “Danna is just my favorite! Her emails are always so friendly and kind!”. When the forecast called for rain on our big day, Danna contacted me right away and suggested we added sides to our tent. From the tables and chairs, to linens and cutlery and lights, every piece we rented came together for our beautiful wedding. Thank you!

Really great staff! Danna helped us figure out what was best for our small wedding reception, and helped adjust with late changes. We needed to change the amount of tables, chairs, move our drop off times, and move our things inside since it rained!

They had the items delivered and picked up with care on time, and they were respectful of the property. The delivery person helped us pick a good drop off spot and explained the process of pickup. The prices were reasonable too! Definitely recommend!
