Apsey Farms puts a very personal touch on every order you receive. If you found this farm, you likely care about what you eat and where it came from. The owners and employees at this farm go to great lengths to explain the benefits of regenerative farming and the greater impact it has on the environment AND your health!

We have been purchasing meat from Apsey Farms for several months now, and we could not be more impressed! The meat arrives frozen in a very nice, reusable cooler bag (huge plus on the reusability) and is always intact. The staff at AF is incredibly friendly, always willing to answer any questions you have or if you simply need to change up your order prior to your next delivery. Definitely recommend the subscription service they offer as it takes one more thing off of my list of concerns when it comes to running the household.

The quality of their meats is outstanding - each cut is flavorful, tender, and fresh. Most importantly of all — we can trust how the meat is raised & cared for before it’s on our plates. That is something my husband and I value greatly. We love AF’s commitment to sustainability. Knowing the animals are raised in a way that regenerates the land and supports a healthy ecosystem makes us feel good about the food we are eating.

Apsey farms makes some of the most nutrient dense meats you can find online (and have it shipped to your home within a week or two) here in the Midwest, no membership required. This past year I was interested in improving my nutrition/health through high-quality animal meats and was not satisfied with the meats offered locally here in mid Michigan (either grain fed, grown/processed overseas, possible antibiotic/vacine use, etc), I searched online and found Apsey Farms, and they have been my one stop shop for nutrient dense beef products (including organs and bones).

Highly recommend trying out their ground beef organ blend, this blend makes it easy to have a nutritious meal (highly bioavailable protein, iron, and higher mineral/vitamin content from the organs) during the busy workweek. For others getting started with beef organ meats (which you should aim to have at least weekly!) this is an excellent choice as well, I could hardly taste the difference when I bought both the organ blend and the normal ground beef. I marinate it with a bit of soy sauce and ACV, and pan fry it with ghee and salt, turns out delicious every time!
