Jeff & Von’s Place just served me one of the best bacon cheeseburger’s that I have had in a long time. All the way with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles, ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. It was cooked fresh to order. Fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Sweet tea was on point. Perfect meal all the way around. Owners were very friendly and hospitable. Really enjoyed chatting with locals too. Will visit again as I drive through.

Came from out of town passing through and found this place while searching for a local unique restaurant to stop and have breakfast at. I love small town local charm and this was just the place. The staff was warm and inviting. We ordered our food and in no time we were served and eating. The portions served were huge, but everything was delicious and almost more than we could eat. I would highly recommend this place to anyone my only recommendation and warning is this is a cash-based only business so if you come bring cash, they do not except credit cards or checks.

Please don't let the humble appearance fool you! This place. Has got. Some GOOD freaking food! Husband got the fried chicken, fried green tomatoes and slaw (just like my Granny used to make) and I stole some. Then I stole some more. All in between bites of my own GIANT double bacon cheeseburger! I was aggressively happy! Then I ran out of room in my stomach. And that made me sad. Then I remembered I'll have it for later. Then I was aggressively happy again.
Husband says the chicken makes him think of what the original KFC would have probably tasted like when they first started up and were serving up fresh, seasoned, delicious fried chicken!
I would move out here just to eat at this place every freaking day of my life.

First it's a small place without a cashier, and servers. We only saw one person, Jeff. Very friendly. Wasn't busy. The place feels homie. House salad was better than most chain restaurants. Then the steak, rib eye was cooked as ordered and was very good. Which my wife is picky and she enjoyed it. I got a big bacon burger. It is big and it had more than a couple of pieces of bacon. Crispy crunchy bacon with enough to taste. Burger was great. We'll be back!

Rick had a Cheeseburger and fry basket, I had a small BBQ sandwich and fry basket. Both were delicious.
