the maps phone app and their business phone number greeting says they are open on saturdays from 8-1. this is incorrect as i drove all the way their only to see they are closed. nothing but a huge waste of my time and gas. unfortunate they cant update these things when/if they change them.

It's a good company because of it's mechanical staff. However the owner does not appreciate his employees. The men walk around in torn and tattered uniforms. The owner shows no appreciation to the men who are actually doing the superior work that keeps him in business. Sometimes a little appreciation can go a long way.

The Husqvarna Tractor I purchased was less expensive than at a big box store. Then a problem it developed with a throttle cable was resolved quickly with free pickup and delivery from my house. Truly, first class service. These folks have made me a customer for life.

The worst company to go to. Poor customer service and no communication. They wanted $350 for a carb change after it was just in there shop for a new carb. This place is nuts. Charged me $180 just for a choke rod after having my mower sitting in there shop for over 2 weeks. Never will I try again. Find another place to go to if you need mower repair.
