I was charged a $319 cleaning fee more than a week after returning the rental. When I said do not charge the card on file( so I could transfer funds) they did anyways which cost me insufficient funds charges at the bank. This after renting a machine for almost $5,000 for a month

I definitely bought more mower than I needed, but I did so willingly and cited my reasons to my sales rep Kyle K, who helped through the process and did a fantastic job. If you’re in the market for a lawnmower, I would definitely recommend visiting Wolf Kubota and calling Kyle.

10/10 Rental experience with Wolf Kubota and Kenny specifically. I called requesting pricing on a mini excavator rental for one week, after talking with Kenny about what I was doing he advised I was looking at machines a bit too small and recommended somthing slightly larger and I am glad I listened. They were also able to deliver that same day which was huge for me since I decided on a whim that I was going to the work that morning. I will be using Wolf again if I ever need to rent a machine.

Dishonest estimate. We called them to get an estimate of what it would cost to have our tractor serviced. The estimate over the phone was $500-$700. The bill we received was for $1400. There was nothing out of the ordinary done. When we called to question the bill, the guy who answered said the person we spoke with was not him because he was on vacation and that we were actually charged less than we should have been charged.

If you choose to get service here, get estimates in writing.

I would give 5 stars but the prices are outrageous.
Had my 3400 Tractor serviced.
Had to call each day for updates instead of them calling me. Blew a hydraulic line and had them do an oil change also. Quoted one price, actual price was doubled.

I recently bought an M5660 from Wolf and had a great experience! Dan was most helpful in securing a tractor from another dealer for me. He followed up on all my requests as being an engineering type guy, I had to have all bases covered. Delivery was smooth and Wolf was happy to address a few punch list items that needed attention. I'm very fortunate to have such an awesome dealership organization so close to home!
