I am not a rich man, but there are some things in life that are worth paying the right price for the right service. Lakeside Fire is one of those things. We had a Jotul wood stove installed by Brian and his team.
From our initial visit to the showroom my wife and I were impressed with the service, knowledge and all around friendliness that was offered to us. Sometimes when you visit a specialty store like this and you don’t know much about the product you can be taken advantage of. I felt the exact opposite at Lakeside. Brian took the time to explain everything we needed to know about heating with a wood stove. Then walked us through our options, scheduled a visit to our house, and provided a thorough written estimate/ quote.
The install crew did not leave a trace of dust or debris in our living room. The put drop cloths on everything and protected anything of concern.

Clearly I am an extremely satisfied customer of the product and services that Lakeside Fire offers. I will be recommending them to anyone who listens and I hope you do to.

Great friendly service, great selection of grills, rubs, tools and smoking woods. We drove 3 hrs from TC, had a great experience and bought an awesome grill. The folks at Lakeside earned our business and will do the same to earn yours no doubt.

I NEVER have made a review but I know this is the time to. My power went out and I didn’t know how to put batteries in my fireplace. The store sent over a person right away and brought batteries. I love my fireplace. These guys are awesome.

I am extremely pleased with the gas fireplace installed by this company. Both Brian and Tim are extremely competent and reliable. They both helped with a complicated installation and extra repair around the chimney. I would recommend them without reservation.

5-STARS! I had a fitting on a propane fire pit begin to leak... Lakeside Fire and Grill was my 6th stop to look for replacement parts. Not only did they have the part I needed, they repaired it for me on-site, free of charge. Lakeside Fire and Grill will now be my first stop. We had two gas fireplaces installed
and we could not be any happier. Brian and his staff are the best, he acted as if they were being installed in his own home. His installer Tim is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing from start to finish. I'm a very picky person so I guess the worst thing is they had to deal with me. Lol...

I highly recommend Lakeside fire and grill to anyone!!
