Water meter had a very bad lake. call the office. was told that new meter was located. A maintenance man would be out to fix the problem. Waited all day called office two or three times. Was told maintenance man was plowing. But would be fixed. Call the office back at 5:55. Was told maintenance man will be there to fix my water meter. At 6:15 maintenance man came and told me he would be back tomorrow to do it because it was getting too dark. Call yes communities. Next day waited all day. Call yes communities. I was told even though it was their fault that their water meter was leaking that I would be paying for all the water that was leaking out of their water meter. Yes communities has got a good scam going. You pay the same water bill every month. That is owned by yes communities. But they have Infinity billing. Bill you every month. So you pay rent. Then you also pay almost $100 water bill. Yes communities has got a good scam going boy. And because of their water meter. That sprung a leak. And their negligence for not fixing it. I have to pay outrageous water bill. But no matter what I say. It's always the tenant's fault. Good luck to people that buy a trailer in this park.

Of all the mobile home communities that I've visited across this country, none compare to this place. It's well laid out & extremely maintained. As a kid/teenager, I loved visiting my relatives here. We knew all the neighbors and enjoyed the small candy store. Even the comunity building brought us great memories. I can't recommend Marysville Estates enough.

Have lived in Marysville Villa Estates for almost 2 years now. Love it here. I have some awesome neighbors. Rachel up front is very nice & very helpful. New maintenance guy Eric is doing a great job keeping the place looking great. Will & have recommended this park to several friends & family.

My Grandparents live in this community and have for over 10 years. They love it, the neighbors are so nice and friendly, the Community management team is so patient, friendly and knowledgeable! My grandfather even sees deer behind his home every night and he gets so excited to see them! Great place to live, and always very well maintained!

Maintenance gets worse all the time. Lucky if they mow every 2 weeks. Streets get worse all the time. Sticks and tree limbs just lay there. Far from being in a 55 and over park. All ages in here.

This is one of the nicer mobile home parks around. There is a majority of home owners who are over 50 and few younger couples. The homeowners keep their places well maintained and up to date. The management company does a good job of keeping out those who might make the park less appealing

Lived here 5 years lot rent goes up every year nothing gets done with the roads or a mess one of the bridges is still broken down in the back can't drive across that need to take better care of their property out front of the office and the lawn out front been told every year they're going to fix the streets nothing ever gets done

I live in Marysville Villa estates and our new maintain existing man Eric Coats is doing an excellent job keeping up things in the park and I have a friend that lives in Sommer Set park and they are pleased with the way the park is being maintained! I talked to Eric about water pressure and he came right over to check it out. Very polite young man and will be a great asset to the company!
