I finally had the chance to try out the cafe and I enjoyed every bit of it! Having never been here before, I wasn’t sure how the menu works, however, the employee that served me walked me through the process and provided me with many options.

I tried the Mediterranean bowl with extra chicken on brown rice and I have to say, it had more flavor and more satiating ingredients than most processed foods. This is a win in my book as I try to eat as clean as possible without sacrificing taste.

Service, atmosphere, and food were all great. I will be back!

I’ve been hearing a lot of hype and this place definitely deserves it! I love the wide selection of nutrition & the meals are so filling. Plus, the only ingredients in your food are those listed, no additives. Great job, Grassroots!

This place is a breath of fresh air, and has a comfortable and welcoming feel. The coffee, smoothies, and bowls were amazing! It is a perfect place to get some great food and drink, and get some work done as well. WiFi and workspace was super convenient. Our family will definitely be back!

I LOVE this place! The atmosphere is so relaxing and a great place to set up to work, meet with friends, or even chat with the staff while they're making your fresh bowl! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. There is an abundance of options from pre-made bowls to build your own! Not to mention the baked goods! (Seasonally the Pumpkin cookies are amazing and year round my personal favorite is the cherry chocolate chip!) And as someone who isn't a huge coffee drinker, there are other options that are just as good! Not to mention the cute market pace for take home items as well!

Grassroots Cafe is my go-to place for delicious, guilt-free macro bowls. The food is amazing and so high quality. The cafe team is always smiling, kind, and happy to serve you. I’ve never had a bad shaken espresso made by Emma! Don’t even get me started on how awesome the pumpkin cookies are in the fall! So happy that Marshall has such an amazing healthy option.

I had the pleasure of having food catered from Grassroots café for an GET IT TOGETHER Day retreat & I can’t say enough about how incredible the service & food was.

The food was fresh & very tasty not to mention healthy. The attendees were extremely pleased with the hearty grain bowls and the delicious plant-based options. Side note: they were very accommodating for individuals with food, allergies.

I give Grassroots an A+++++

I love this cafe! The only negative commentary I have is that they often have a very limited selection of prepared baked goods, so there’s a good chance that they’re running low or sold out when you stop by. They see a fair bit of traffic so I’d like to see them keep their baked goods more restocked since that’s specifically what I go in there for most of the time. Otherwise, the atmosphere and staff are great and it’s such a cute local gem!

We love the coffee and the food at Grassroots. The Dream Roaster coffee is made small batch on site. We love the atmosphere and the people. Never had an unpleasant experience. Highly recommend you try when you’re in Marshall.
