Was looking for a part for my lawn mower. They did not have the part in stock, and couldn't get it for 2 weeks. I was in a punch and they let me pick over a couple lawn mowers that were in the back to see if I could find a part that worked. I appreciate what they did to get me running again

Great service. Had my snowblower tuned up and serviced last month. After the big snow storm, the drive started acting up, even though it had been repaired. Called Gordy, he had it picked up the next day. Turns out some bearings were going, they fixed it for me at no cost since the drive had already been worked on by them. Had it back the following day. Highly recommend, great communication too.

Friendly staff. Fixed up my old 1997 Ariens blower and it runs great! Delivery back to my home after it was done was a very reasonable price. Would recommend for tune ups and repairs.

Tried selling me a year old Ariens model snowblower for the same price as the new model that features a new design and LED headlight standard. When I asked about it, he said they are the “same machine” which isn’t true, yes they are basically the same but for the same price I want the current model. I figured they would knock $100 off the outgoing models or something as that is common practice. Then I asked about upgrading a model with a hand warmer kit and he said no you’ll have to buy this model (which was $800 more) I said the brochure says the hand warmer kit is available for this model though and he rolled his eyes and said yeah but it’s on back order. After this I left. I called another dealer and they have the kits in stock and I also found the OE Ariens kit on Amazon for $75…

Bottom line is he tried upselling me thinking I was an uninformed buyer and then treated me like I was the one wrong for being Informed. I’ve been here many times before for Stihl parts and bought a chainsaw here about 3 years ago but after this experience I won’t be back. FYI If you have a similar experience here and still want/need Ariens sales and service in Marquette county head to Hedmarks in Skandia instead! This is where I purchased my new snowblower and the owner is super nice and knowledgeable and will sell you a current model at the correct price and not be condescending!

This place is amazing! Hands down the best work and quickest turn around! We brought in a old chain saw that was running rough when it did run. It now run like a hot knife through butter! Better than new! We also brought in our new ariens snowblower it always took about 3 pulls to start. And one day it was sputtering and not working right.(this was the 2nd place we brought it to because the first place never fixed it) these repair men are phenomenal! After we got our blower back we found out the choke cable was broke! Discoved the rattle we always heard was the muffler (a scew hole was stripped since we bought it) . the entire repair was covered under warranty and it runs like a dream! Better now then when we bought it! And it starts on the first pull each time! We are now a loyal customer of ok rental and will bring all our machines to them! I cannot recommend enough if I could give a gold star or 10 stars i would! Thank you O.K. Rental for your honest, fast, and excellent quality of workmanship!
