Very nice micro brewery. They have quite a few on tap choices. We were greeted and sat right away. The server was friendly and gave a couple of suggestions. It isn't a huge place. Indoor seating is about 35, but they also have outdoor seating that has about the same. A lot of their ingredients are made from scratch, which was nice. Our food came out within 15 minutes after ordering. Parking is limited, I only seen street parking available. Handicapped friendly, plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair either inside or out.

Great beers and great food! Stopped by here on our way to Iron Fish in Thompsonville and that was a great decision. The sandwiches were clever and delicious. We tried a few of the beers and didn't find one we didn't like! The only downside is we aren't local. But, next time we pass by, we are definitely stopping in!

Every year, we make sure to visit Stormcloud when we are in Frankfort.
My husband loves their beer, and we have not gotten a food item we don't love. Their service is fantastic, and we are always greeted with smiles and over the top service.
Their Cheddar Ale soup is the best but is on a rotating schedule, so they do not serve it every day anymore. They have a wonder indoor and outdoor selection of seating.
Most of the time, during peek dining hours, there is a wait, so make sure to plan accordling. They also have very cute merchandise that changes frequently.

Good beer and friendly bartenders. He was very kind and let me sample some to see what suits my taste since I'm not huge into beer. My boyfriend is though and he loved the place. The food was also good. Got the cheddar ale soup and fried green beans. I liked them because they weren't heavy on batter at all. Just enough to crisp. And the soup was tasty. We will definitely be back next time in the area.

Delicious! Loved how much pesto was incorporated in the menu. We got the presto pie and the caprese sandwich with pepper and onion kettle chips. 1000% recommend. Staff was amazing, service was amazing, food was perfect! Definitely recommend going to look at the map in the back by the bathrooms, such a cool detail!

We are local and finally made it out to try Stormcloud. We were left wondering why we waited so long! My husband loved every beer that he tried. We split the popcorn, which was so good, and the gluten free pizza. It was the best gf pizza I have ever had! If you wouldn’t have told me it was gluten free, I wouldn’t have known it. Our bartender was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I stopped into Stormcloud for lunch on our way back from Traverse City. This was our first time here and the food was impressive! Wait staff was really friendly and enjoyable!
We started with a beer flight to get an idea of what their beers tasted like. They weren’t my preference, but my wife enjoyed them.

For our meals my wife ordered the Rider On The Storm pizza and I ordered the Stormy Grain Bowl with chicken. The pizza was very good! My wife doesn’t usually finish her meals, but she finished this small pizza and only let me try one piece, lame! The grain bowl was also very good. Very flavorful and surprisingly light!

We ended the experience with the Hot Salted Carmel Cookie. Man oh man was this think sweet, but what do you expect when you read the name! Super good! I could have eaten a few of them, but glad we shared! Definitely the cherry on top of the whole experience!

We will be stopping back in when we go thru Frankfort next! Go give it a try!

My return to Frankfort after many years landed me at an old favorite stop for dinner - Stormcloud. My friends and I split two appetizers, pizza, and two of us got sandwiches.
The popcorn with the truffle parm was very good! I also enjoyed the creamy buffalo dip although the cheese on top made it a little hard to dip and I was craving some celery sticks on the side to go with the tortilla chips.
My friends who split the roasted root pizza got a gluten-free crust and were impressed with the texture. The root veggies and corn with horseradish drizzle gave many layers of flavors that were really nice.
The Peppy Pig sandwich ordered by my friend she raved about!
I had a Turkey Brie Sandwich and it was good but slightly disappointing. I think a different bread would have really elevated this sandwich to its potential.
