I don't hate. My situation that I talked to her about was disappointing, because what happened eleven years ago when I did have State Farm Insurance our agent did little for us and didn't get what he said I was getting from our situation.

It's disappointing that, in a small community, a new insurance agent sets up not only with State Farm, but right next door to the area's longtime State Farm agent. Not only does it cause general confusion, it deprives the long-term agent (and community resident) of a full livelihood. Competition is one thing--customer poaching is another.
