I purchased a Jane Magnolia tree for my wife's birthday last year. I opted to have Fox Farm Nurseries deliver and plant the tree, because Tom said it would be guaranteed for a year. The tree did fairly well through the end of the fall, but unfortunately did not survive the winter.
Tom says because the tree did well for several months, that he will not replace it. I fault myself for trusting his word and for not insisting on getting the warranty in writing. He has been friendly and professional otherwise.

The staff at Fox farm were great to deal with and the trees were of outstanding quality.
There are still a few businesses that understand the concept of appreciating a customer and Fox Farm is one of them.
