Very nice guys there. From the moment I checked in 'till paperwork in hand, it took about 2 hours. YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO BACK because here you're going to have a bad day otherwise 🤣. Though there's little room to maneuver, it is not super terrible. There are a lot of potholes in front of the loading docks. My lumper fee was $80. No overnight parking, but I think you could on side streets. This area looks like you'll get murdered overnight, so I wouldn't sleep overnight there at all. Overall, pleasant delivery, no issues.

So far so great! Backing isn’t as intimidating as people make it out to be plenty of room for angle back. Head on a swivel and remember slow is smooth smooth is fast. Rushing to back never helps. Friendly people and great service. Must pay lumper fee before unloading begins. Only takes check cash. Room for a couple of trucks across building. DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF GUARD RAIL. that space is needed for backing.

Could receiving guy. They take any type of check for you lumper (except personal). They take cash as well. Will write out a receipt to you on the spot. Backing isn't so bad. The lights on the dock made it easier to see during the morning since the sun shines right through your driver window.
They will give you a door once your lumper is paid.

After reading the reviews about the backing I wasn't sure what was in store for me. As long as nobody is parked directly across from the docks there is plenty of room to back. It is a little tight because your backing into a small warehouse but nowhere near as bad as some of the reviews. Guys were friendly, unloaded in about 2 hrs. Overall not bad at all.

Yes, the reviews are kind of spot on. But the receiving manager is outstanding direct you well gives you great instructions I was very impressed and yeah, it can be tight getting there and backing in. I suggest the way that you come in you will see a paved metal barrier fence along. The left pole is close to that to the left and turn around and make a U-turn going back out in peace in the way that you came in back up and park along that fence as close to that fence as you can. The receiving man will come and get you or you go up inside to the right and check in fast and quick here yes, there is no overnight parking. I stayed at the flying J 26 miles away. There’s also a TA.
