I had a damaged online order show up. I immediately emailed. I didn't get a response. So I called the next day and man what a great response. They asked what the issue was and asked for documentation of the damaged product and agreed to send a replacement. In this day and age when someone doesn't reply to your email don't give up and rip em. Call and explain that it's frustrating and let the business rectify the issue. You have my business George.

I love George and the rest of his crew. They are always super informative and helpful in a way that is very rarely seen another establishments🤩 would highly recommend them. He will make you feel like he's known you for years he's got an amazing personality and it's contagious as the rest of his staff are the same. They have a wide variety of nutrients and products and very reasonable rates. I will never go anywhere else unless I absolutely had no choice.p

I had the displeasure of speaking with George when assisting one of his clients. Without going deep into unnecessary details, we had a minor issue in regards to payment. We had sorted it out after a few minutes.

However, half an hour afterwards, George went out of his way to call the establishment I was assisting his client at and began berating me and the services I provided (despite my best efforts to make the process easy for everyone involved.)

He told me that I had an ego, that I made fun of him for a mistake, that it was clear to him I never had a father in my life, and that I need to find Jesus in my life.

Needles to say, it didn't leave a good mark on my image of him. Being a business owner myself, If this is how he treats all of his clients and customers, I'm not surprised that his business hasn't grown past two stores in nearly 15 years of operation.

Eden’s is pretty far away from me but I went In today, super polite employees and very helpful. Amazing deals on everything, and Big George was super cool and they gave me a nice shirt for free. Highly recommend shopping here. Ps. I seen a beautiful nativity decoration on the desk and it warmed my heart. God bless Edenz and the people there! ❤️

Love Edens hydro, George is a good man. These 1 stars are hilarious, I always get a discount orders are always correct, huge selection, George and his staff have stopped what they are doing to help me and even carry my stuff out for me, you simply don't find too many shops like this anymore.

Great place with great selection. Prices are average. The staff is awesome especially the owner George I had an issue with 400$ in merchandise and was not able to make it back for 7 months. When I did the situation was rectified with no issues at all. I didn't even have my receipt. But due to Georges high intelligence he remembered when I visited the store. I've been to every place around and some places just don't give a f*#× especially HGS on Auburn I've made orders there which they did not make the order at all. Also some items they did not know what I was talking about and said they did not make the stuff. Also they talked down about me after I left because they didn't know I knew another shopper there. Which also I heard them talk down about others when I visited it the first time. Edenz is always willing to help no matter what. And they will share their knowledge and willing to converse with others. Which makes them smarter and smarter every day. They will make you feel like family. So if you want to go to one of the best stores in Michigan with the best staff go to Edenz. They will treat you like family

I don't wanna be sued so it's hard for me to comment on this place. Some retail outlets mark stuff Up 50% and then give you 25% off so you get nothing and they make an extra 25% over list.I had to go back here 3 times for my order to be filled correctly I had to return things I should have checked there was my fault I trusted my bed I don't think I'll go here again there's a lot of competition and I have 2 or 3 places that are tons closer to my house and this place is in the traffic pit of the universe that's what I call highly congested areas please forgive me

I had a good experience here! Their hours were more convenient than others in the area and I was able to get the items I needed for my hydro garden. The employee behind the counter was friendly, helpful, and got me what I needed. The prices were very reasonable too.
