Laura was great! She was friendly and knowledgeable and kind. I let her choose my pre-rolls for me and then I put a $10 tip in her tip jar.😊❤️
I was however pretty bummed about your rolling papers. No variety at all. 😭

Exclusive always has the best product the best prices and best customer service. The employees are awesome and always take great care of their customers! I won't go anywhere else! Hands down the BEST dispensary I’ve been to in a LONG time. I had the best experience and conversation with Anthony! I hate feeling like a number and that was definitely not the vibe here! Super knowledgeable of their products with a great display. I will absolutely be coming back here again! 😊

purchased a cart on 3/14, opened the package today 3/21 and it leaked out the bottom of the cart. receptionist said no returns if it’s been a week or more. todays a week. pretty shady but that’s okay, nirvana or literally anywhere else in lowell is better anyways

Her knowledge of not just some yet all of the products is what got me out the door with exactly what I needed within my budget. Service like this is why I visit this location. Exclusive is the best! Even when having it delivered isn’t available, I’ll drive to Lowell. The staff is always friendly, and most times I meet fun people in line. Tonight we all talked “Rocky 4” while waiting. Great people, great product! If you are within 25ish miles of the Lowell store, make the trip!
