I’m a newer Business started back in August of 2024. When I First started to visit the Livonia weingartz I was greeted By Donald one of the sales guys there
I explained to him that I was a newly started business and that I wasn’t necessarily there to purchase new equipment at that time, but I was seeking as much information as possible to help me figure out exactly what I needed.

Throughout my very short 2024 season, Donald did help me acquire some new equipment to help me finish up my season

Now that being said over the winter, I continued to visit the store and ask endless amounts of questions on some new mowers that I was looking to purchase that following spring of 2025
He was very patient with me. He answered all of my questions and narrowed down to the exact machine that I needed to help me get going in my 2025
I ended up buying a brand new X mark vertex 32 inch I also added some accessories to the mower to make it better, I also got an echo trimmer, an echo hedge trimmer, and a echo straight edger
Donald has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was set up with the proper and write equipment for what I needed this year. He didn’t try to push anything on me that wasn’t necessary.
I look forward to working with Weingartz and Donald in the Coming seasons and to continue buying new equipment as I need to, or as the business grows

I highly do not recommend giving them your hard earned money. Guys behind service desk just tell you what you want to hear to get your mower in the door, when you pick it up, you find out they didn’t do half the things they said they would. Including a deck scrape or washing the machine. If they can’t do the simple things, what makes you think they actually went through your machine. The Store manager stops replying to emails
Or never calls you back.

Not enough stars to give. I was there yesterday to purchase a lawnmower and a gas blower. I learned quite a bit about how to take care of items during the winter. Mark was my salesman. He was great.

They need negative numbers. I felt like I was walking into the deep south in 1960's the unpleasant attitude of the service guys, was the worst customer service in my 80 years of life. The conversation was so political and to be honest. Extremely rasist. The complaints from the employees of the work conditions at weingartz, i overheard 2 techs are planning to quit anyway. I have a business and if my employees talked down on the company in front of customers, i would have to address that immediately. I was basically told to just go to home depot for some bolts and nuts. They never even looked for them. Then waited 27 mins with only 1 person in front of me at 2pm. I will recommend never coming here to anyone I know. Very sad and disturbing to have such horrible service .

Purchased new toro 42” time cutter My Ride as well as toro 721 QZE spending over 5k. Salesman Mark of Livonia office was great however upon delivery of equipment we had issues of quality. First the brand new zero turn steering bar was lower and seemed bent down by 2” on one side. I started mower and attempted to mow and noticed a very poor cut not even as good as my 20 year old worn out John Deere lx176. I then checked air in tires to find all different air pressure in all 4 tire’s as well as an unleveled deck. So right away bent steering arm, unleveled deck and poor air pressure in tires. The cut quality of this brand new mower was awful and leaving long grass and “Mohawk” stripes on my lawn. Also the snowblower I purchased at store was delivered scratched up and scraper blade on bottom bent upward not contacting ground. When I was dealing with salesman he advised me the snowblower’s were purchased from another store and were on sale. After calling and sending both the zero turn and snowblower back sales told me the arms come bent sometimes and that’s normal and snowblower’s were scratched and damaged is why they were on sale for $649. The snowblower that was delivered was not the same one I purchased!!!! So a few days later zero turn just got delivered steering arm fixed but huge scratch on rear hitch, deck was not leveled in wrong holes and tire pressure on rear tires was way different in all tires and missing cap on one tire. I also purchased a mulch kit originally and the blades from factory were not sharp as they had plating over the cutting edge and was fraying they grass. I went to store to talk to assistant manager (manager was available) and service manager was in office with assistant manager. I proceeded to discuss with service manager about my mower and he was immediately rude and telling me my mower was in perfect condition and the deck and tires were perfect. I asked him to walk back so I could show him my findings and he refused and said “I’m not playing that game”. I told service manager I’m in the skilled trade industry and I get paid in my pay attention to details where he insulted me and stated “I feel bad for your clients “!!!!! I seen the deck on the mower was misaligned and obviously not in correct holes both sides were in different adjustment holes. This whole experience has been awful I spent $4600 on a zero turn mower that cuts awfully bent scratched up, and a snowblower that’s scratched up and bent as well and got insulted when I went to store to fix the situation after 2 delivery attempts and failed service!!! I am extremely upset and need help making this correct today is 9-1-23 Livonia store was purchase. I have pictures of lawn and the cut the mower leaves as well as pictures of the mower and deck misalignment. Please help

Check in was alright, appreciated the frankness at the counter. Busy place. Dropped off rider 4-5 day turn around, will update when I know more...
Went and picked up my riding mower, thought it was a bit on the pricey side since then I've heard other people say pretty much the same thing... It took longer than expected, but then again you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear... Don't know that I'll be in a real quick hurry to return, sorry to say.

They picked up and dropped off my zero lawn mower that had been in storage for over 2 years to weingartz. It had so many issues and they were able to diagnose and fix almost all of them for me. They definitely went above and beyond. Tim from their service department was great !
