Management is piss poor I am surprised Red Line Equipment is still in business with the management. They need to hold their head in shame for how they treat their employees. if you work for Red Line Equipment and Lisa Barrett and Shannon fromHR does not like you. They will make life hell for you.and treat you like a slave

Beautiful show room! Great prices. I have been in retail management for over 20 years. It takes alot to impress me. The Mechanic is knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to return my recently purchased Cub Cadet zero turn back into action in minutes. He loves what he does and obviously enjoys helping people. My only regret is not purchasing my zero turn from Wells equipment. I will return, and recommend Wells to my neighbors and friends!

The reason our farm runs red equipment is because of the outstanding service provided by Wells. Bill is a wizard in the AG service department. Also, they have a good supply of inventory, and are very helpful at the parts desk.

Very pleasant experience with sales and service. Bought a used Green baler from them and they hooked it to a tractor so that I could try it out, even though they were extremely busy and could have said no. They were very helpful in determining what I needed to properly interface the baler to my tractor. Personnel were courteous and friendly. Bottom line - you get the Mom and Pop family feeling that you can longer get at a Deere dealer. I will go back.

I called them to look at a used skid steer that they had. I went and looked at it on a Monday. When I showed up to look at it all 4 tires were completely full of air. I was told the machine was sold as is, I told them I would take it, 2 days later I went to pick up the machine, and it had a completely flat tire and they knew nothing about it. I took the tire to a repair shop when I got home, and it had a torn tube that had been bad for some time. Very disappointed that a dealer this big would be so dishonest. I won't be doing any further business with them, and will not recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware!

I come here for my annual fleecing every year. I purchase parts and get service for everything form my farm equipment to my Simplicity mowers which I purchased from them. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and professional and they have a fantastic stock of parts. Rarely is anything I request ordered. I'd highly recommend them. Of course, they are a brick and mortar facility, with employees, rent, heat, lights, insurance, taxes and all the little nuances that go with owning a business in 2018, so sure, they're going to be more expensive than Amazon. But just try calling Bezos and asking him how to separate the bearing carrier on a mower deck spindle....they are worth the price!
