Fantastic place to have dinner after spending the day at the beach! Our server Jersey was really great and even went the extra mile to make sure our food was perfect. We all had different salads and they were delicious. Adding salmon to the Michigan Harvest Salad tasted amazing! They had a Welcoming and fun home town atmosphere - we could even see the lake from our table. Highly recommend.

We were staying in the area from out of town and decided to try out the Village Pub. It was a great decision.

The pub is pretty large and has an awesome environment. The service was good and the draft beers were cold. We enjoyed the food and had leftovers to take back to the motel.

It has a theater attached to it that showcases cover bands of different genres. We hope to go back and check out a concert or two in the future.

Check it out! 😃

I had the pleasure of dining at the Village Pub for a couple of times. It's worth the two hour drive from Metro Detroit. The food and drinks are an exceptional quality and reasonable price. The best meat and fish on the menu. The service is efficient and well mannered. The ambiance is elegant yet cozy. There are many table spots to choose for your eating experience. Yesterday, we chose the fish and chips specials and salmon. It was the most freshest and delicious taste ever for fried foods. We had the reuben egg rolls, WOW ! The most incredible taste, and quality of meat. Please keep them as part of the regular menu. Thank you for a perfect dining experience.

3/11/23 - Stopped in town to grab a bite before going to the hotel. We arrived just in time to be seated right away. Shortly after, it got real busy. Everyone was very friendly and the service was good and attentive. The sauce the put on the brussel sprouts was really good. My wife had the fish and chips(onion rings) and I ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs. I added shrimps to my order. The ribs came out at below room temperature and needed to be reheated which they handled right away. As I am leaving this review I am realizing my order was supposed to come with veggies and slaw, none of which was served. I just checked the picture of the menu to confirm. What a bummer!

Place was great! We drove in from southern Ohio and this was our first place that we tried out. I loved the food! I have the guacamole salmon salad and it was a delight! My son ate the Alfredo with shrimp and that was also very delicious. Service was amazing as well. I don’t remember our servers name, but she was so kind! I would recommend this place any day of the week! UPDATE: Our servers name was Donna! We went back a few nights later and she was our server again! She remembered us and even remembered what we ordered the last time we were in! So thankful for places like this!

Fairly good.

Not earth shattering but I did have a fairly good burger and beer in a nice setting.

I picked the olive and cheese burger, which sounded good but found it got a little too intensive with the salt less than midway through.

Customer service was friendly however and prices were inline with what’s common to the area.

I would go but but would definitely pick another food option.

We had dinner tonight in the Village Pub in advance of the show in the Lexington Village Theatre. There were two shows playing and the music permeated the restaurant interior. Therefore, it was difficult to hear each other talking. I bet on other nights, this would be a great place to go to eat and watch sports on the various TVs - of which, there are many, The service was fast. We ordered the artichoke cheese dip and chips. The cheese was very gooey and clunky. It wasn’t the best dip we’ve ever had before. The fish and chips were okay, but also there were not the best I’ve ever had. The fries were very yummy. There were a lot of steak and hamburger options on the menu. The Village Pub had an American flair with a contemporary setting, with red brick walls and many televisions. The bathrooms were very messy. I would like to give this restaurant a try again on a different night. I want to try their Michigan Cherry Salad.

Stopped in for the 1st time today. Took some family out for their birthday.
We got the Michigan Harvest Salad and the Big Crunchy Fish sandwhich (photo included) and 2 VP signature margarita, Pomegranate & Blueberry.
Other family got Fish & Chips, Nachos, and a burger (not pictured)....all food looked good.

Salad - very tasty. I loved the chunked apples. Raspberry vinegarette dressing was good but I wished they had a cherry vinegarette. I love the Salad though...and will order it again. Tip: if you don't like strong cheese get the blue cheese on the side or ask to replace with feta.

Fish sandwhich - VERY GOOD! Crispy for sure and the tarter was good too. The chips thst come with it was better than the fries. We liked the chips alot.

Margarita - the Pomegranate was good. Liked it had Suzua tequila. The Blueberry, couldn't taste Blueberry at all. Still a good drink but wasn't getting Blueberry.

Service - service was quick and efficient. Pleasant upon approach and through out service. The busser or hostess (whoever she was) was kind of rash. She kept wanting to take dishes frequently. We had a party of 6 so I get wanting to keep up but when we were done just chatting she interrupted to clear water glasses that weren't even emptied yet. She interrupted conversation to ask to remove glasses. Not a big deal but poor execution I felt personally. Nothing that would keep me from returning though.

Armosphere - Tavern style. It's nicer than I'd expect of a bar or pub. Loved the lodge style decor with the moose head, brick walls, wooden tables/bar, and still having the football game on the TVs. Casual dining, clean tables/chairs, restaurant was bright & well lit. Good and enviting place.
Didn't use rest room, so can't comment on that.

Overall - Presents well in both food and environment. Highly recommend giving this place a try. And I would definitely return here.
