Bought points for my tractor charge me 18$ shipping for a 20 part and was the wrong part the spark plug wires you buy you gotta build yourself I'll be taking my business somewhere else

Had my Bobcat T190 in originally for a wiring issue, got it back and unloaded it at a job site and smelled coolant, after running it for a few minutes, i loaded it back on the trailer to bring back for service, ended up being hydro locked with a cracked head. Unbelievable that it wasn’t caught while in the shop, and there was no way that a diesel could overheat that quickly to crack a head. Got it in for service, it sat for almost 2 weeks without a phone call of the status, when it originally said it’d be about a week. I stopped in to check on it, and was told it was a cracked head, i asked about after market or remanned parts, got told they don’t make after market heads, which i found online while i was talking to him about it. He told me he’d look into the after market parts, and a week later he finally called me back and said they found them. After over 30 days i finally got the machine back, very disappointed in the customer service and response of the staff, the only people that actually care and are helpful we’re Jeff & Ron at the parts counter, and Ken in the mechanics shop. Management has totally brushed me aside in every way possible. I will not bring my equipment back here
