Summer sausage terrible! Called to explain what I was seeing and dealing with. Was told I have to put it in the oven to dry it out. I could squeeze it a water poured from it. The meat stuck to the casing as I tried to unwrap it. So much for superbowl snacks. It’s in the garbage now. First time there because it was close to home, never again, making the drive to Jerome market for the quality!

Had some cheddar bacon brats made which were delicious. Accommodating late hours for night hunts, friendly staff. Processing time is quick everytime I've been here. Definitely will continue using Quality Deer Processing in the future. Worth the price for the quality & timeframe.

Extremely expensive and the summer sausage and snack sticks were terrible. Not really sure how they made smoked snack sticks in 1 day. Will never go back. I think you are missing my point. 1 they were very salty 2 you can't process a deer and make summer sausage and snack sticks and smoke them in a single day. Bottom line it's all trash.

Beware fellow hunters...I paid $400 for bulk sausage, Italian sausage, jerky, chops and loins..... The bulk sausage has huge chunks of gristle and slabs of fat... Only ground once with a very worn out grinder. The Italian links when cooked smelled rotten.... Absolutely disgusting. And the jerky... My dog wouldn't even touch it. I call the owner to see if he would just look at it and see the mistakes, never said anything about a refund or replace..... He shuts me down right away with a..... GOOD LUCK WITH THAT.... And hangs up on me......WTH is wrong with people!!!!!!

We have been getting our deer processed for years in Taylor. They couldn't do it this year so we took it to quality. We are so very pleased with them. There's no fat and the meat just tastes better. I love the summer sausage. We will definitely be taking our deer here again.

I took a deer here recently and not only are they expensive, they do not take pride in their work. They charged an addition $20 for a skinning fee. When I got the skin back there was an extra hole, no tail or legs on the skin. When I called and asked WTH? They proceeded to tell me they aren’t taxidermists. And they couldn’t fathom why I was upset. I’m a veteran who shot my first buck on Veterans Day and they destroyed the skin. When they notified me the meat was ready, they text me “your deer is done! Please pick up ASAP!” I arrived and received my meat no issues but when I got home I noticed it was all half frozen and wasn’t given either frozen or raw. Anyone know what that leads to? Freezer burn because of refreezing tissue. These people are hacks don’t go to them! Nothing “quality” about it.
