Owners chatted us up. Cool mist on a August day first westerly from BigBlue. Also some east off west GT bay. Flowers grew like crazy, plants health. We had the MaLbec each time. Told friends owning Local Pour downstate in Sawyer Michigan along west coast and now they carry it.
We normally stay in TC. Find us a two bed place close to you and we will stay a couple weeks!

This is a great little spot in Leland. The Chaos Ciders are very good! They suggested i try mixing their Blackberry with the lemonade and it was awesome. A perfect summer/fall drink! We bought a bunch to bring home. One thing to consider is a better method of serving cider, sometimes they taste as though the cans have been left open in the cooler too long. Thank you

Verterra Winery is our go-to place for great wines. Both reds and whites and exceptional, and their Tundra Ice Wine is just flat out amazing. The tasting room is relaxed and inviting, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel at home. We have also attended special events at their Ridge venue, enjoying the first-class facilities and world-class views. Verterra just knows how to do it right.

We experienced 3 wineries during our stay in the area and this was by far the best one! The atmosphere was relaxing and Chris gave excellent service. The wines were great too, and it was fun to try some new to us wines at the suggestion of Chris. We left with several bottles to enjoy back home in Indiana!

Excellent wines, and perhaps the greatest service folks we encountered in the 15 wineries we visited! Revisited Wednesday. Met Colleen---she was beyond-excellent. Verterra has still THE best wines in the midwest. We're now wine club members here, not sure what took us so long. Wish we lived closer!
