The trails were groomed for cross country or hiking. About a 2 mile hike approximately. The building and winery was quant. Had a nice charcuterie board with jams, crackers, cheese and cured meats. The wine was delightful with a variety of reds and whites both dry or sweet.

I loved every minute of this place. Me and my friend each had flights of wine along with a very, very delicious charcuterie board. The Vineyard is a beautiful place to walk through. All in all, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Barb’s tour was amazing!

Despite the rain, it was a great day at Shady Lane Cellars. We had a private tour from Barb, who was a great teacher! We learned so much about the winemaking process and about the history of Shady Lane’s and Leelanau County wines. The tour included wine tasting and a charcuterie board in their 100 year old farm house, which was just amazing!

One of our favorite spots on the Peninsula! We go both in the summer and sit on the patio and for Toast The Season in the fall. We sat out in an igloo in november ans it was great.

Beautiful outdoor bar and grounds. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Super dog friendly, they brought my dog water and treats as soon as we sat down with our wines.

Beautiful place with great views and lovely area for guests. Service is top notch and their wines are very good. Great place to stop for a visit and sip some wines and enjoy the company.
