So far we have had great ground beef, steaks, sausage, bacon and chicken breast. We love having a local meat supplier. So much better than grocery/box stores.

Ordered 1/2 pig from a very reputable farm near me and they send it there for processing. I got side pork not bacon and the sausage has an odd taste to it. All the steaks are unevenly cut and so much fat left trimming was required. The pork was wrapped loosely in wax paper instead of properly vacuumed and bagged so I have freezer burn already!
Then before this to top it off, I purchased a beef cow and again many problems. The steaks which are most important to me are pretty uneven and not cut correctly. I requested specifically even and relevant cuts plus loin ends labeled accordingly which I did not receive.
So think twice about using this service!

I ended up throwing all the pork away and grinding all steaks into burger including tenderloin!

Purchase 1/4 beef from a friend was processed here well cut and packaged. I also bought a couple packages of his smoked pork chops and they are delicious i haven't tried beef snack stick got yet.
