Their Mont Idyll is such a beautiful, creamy, silky, funky, strange cheese. I love it! And even more than that, their fresh goat cheese covered in fennel pollen. Omg. I ate an entire container in a night. It also makes a fantastic grilled cheese on sourdough 👍 can’t wait to try more of their cheeses

Purchased their spreadable fresh goat cheese from "Sprout Grocery" in Springfield, MI. Delicious mild flavor, nice and creamy. Enjoyed with Delallo Fig Spread & Horrock's Red Raspberry Jalapeno Jam on fine crackers. Of course some white wine (a Chardonnay) was nearby!
