As a driver I really hate to do this , but I was put in a door as soon as I got here and the lady told me they'd begin loading me in 30 minutes. 2.5 hours later they begin loading me. 8 hours later and I'm still here. If it's going to be a long loading process...just be honest. I could've went to sleep and got prepared for the next trip. Instead I waited for the 2 hour max out the door time that I was told. Dishonesty is a huge disappointment. No facilities, no anything...just a load and a bunch of lying. I will never carry anything for thos company again.

This place doesn’t deserve NO kinda stars!!! Eat before coming to this place they gonna have you sitting and waiting forever! Came here and it took them 10am to 9pm. To get unloaded.. I swear they need to do better on EMPLOYEES I hate lazy workers! And my hours are rolling!

Been here since 0330 for a 2200-0425 appointment its now currently 1456 and we’re still waiting to even get a dock. Needed to use the restroom was told by a dock worker they had one in the break room i could use when i got up to the door and walked inside i was givin major attitude by 2 of the office employees saying the bathroom aren’t for public use and that it wasn’t their problem but eventually they let me use it after signing 2 sheets of paper. Had to be walked back by a security guard who was nice. Got stares from just about everyone who works inside. This place is definitely not trucker friendly and you will be here for at least a day waiting to get loaded! Avoid this place at all costs!

Staff was friendly that's why I'm even writing a review. Other then that 0 stars. 17 hours to unload. Was told appt time was 1500 to 2100 so prepared ahead for 6 hour load time. And almost turned into triple that. Workers inside said there's no appt times. It's when ever it gets done

No signage for drivers once you enter the driveway. Guard shack is not manned. You check in between dock doors where stairs are located with a yellow painted railing. There is no covering for drivers, so I'm glad it wasn't raining. The office doesn't understand English and sent me to the employee entrance. The guard there didn't understand what a truck staging area is. LOL once I found where to check in the guy stared at me while I backed in just to make sure I picked up the right empty. The only empty. And he had the empty number written on a piece of paper he handed to me while constantly pointing to the empty trailer and kept saying over and over "I just wanna make sho you know where it is". I think he's totally on the spectrum somewhere or his IQ is double digits. Either which way, I'm glad my time here is done and I really hope I don't get dispatched to this location any time soon. They seem to only hire the bare crust of humanity. Overall, it isn't a friendly place for truckers.
