Stopped at the Shipshawana in Frankenmuth 04-12-2025 for some Nowicki sausage and Brats. I'm glad I got there when I did. All the different brats they make are amazing. Last year my Bride said I got enough for several month's, but it was only day's. I think this year it might be weeks. I just can't stop eating them.

If you enjoy homemade fresh sausage, you've come to the right place. Their freezers are constantly full.
They have daily menus also for take out. The homemade chili rocks.
A must for those sausages for sure.
The associates are always friendly and very knowledgeable.
A repeater for sure, and I won't be buying sausage anywhere else now.

Most always top notch. One meal was not great, but it happens. Why would some fool complain about using his venison to have them make brats for him at their different location? They estimated the number of brats wrong? Big deal. Quit your whining. These are the best brats, bar NONE!

I had a jalapeño and cheese brat tonight at Alpenfest. The brat was cold, but the taste was ok. I bet a piping hot brat would have been amazing.
