Jason and his staff made our grad party remarkable! The food was great and we received many compliments, as it was literally coming off the smoker and being served fresh and hot. Guests were wanting to know who was catering. The staff were on top of it, and allowed us to enjoy the party. Clean up was a cinch as they handled all of it! The display of the food was also beautiful and inviting. Very pleased with the service and would hire again.

Didn’t show up for my daughter’s graduation party!! When we called him he said he wrote it down for the wrong day. He promised to return our $500 deposit and has now ghosted us! We will be filing a claim.

Heard from a friend that this was a good place to have cater a wedding. RUN RUN from these people. They showed up to our event completely wasted and late. Food was to be ready shortly after the reception started now a few hours into it. Must be why there are no reviews within the last year as they are prolly trying to hide the fact their company has gone to complete trash.

Edit : just attended another event these guys catered just reinforced everything above do not do business with these guys

Do yourself a favor and hire Jason for your next event!! Custom Meat Cutters catered our wedding of 200 people in the most professional way. We still are being told how great our wedding food was a month later. Thanks again to Jason and your team for such a awesome experience. You made our wedding great!

I've never been one who likes Brats; however thought I would give some of these "new" flavors a try. Apple & Cheddar was the best tasting brat ever! I can't wait to try the other flavors we got. The place is really clean, owner/employee very professional, all around great environment. We will DEFINITELY be returning once our stash runs out! Tri-tip for supper tonight! Can't wait.

Everything, I've gotten has been high quality. Over 20+ brats to choose from. I have not had one i haven't liked yet. The best Tri Tips Around. Bacon wrapped pork loin is out of this world. Large selection. They have chicken, pork, fish, bacon wrapped shrimp, and much more.

Great prices, best tri-tip I've ever had, look for the blackened ones if they have any in stock! Amazing brats with tons of different fillings to choose. Owner was super friendly in helping pick meat to smoke for a party I had coming up.
