Extremely happy with the new LX2610 I bought from Kings Equipment. A shout out to Scott in sales as well as everyone that works at the Jackson location. From Parts to The prep shop. Once the tractor was delivered. I went over it checking all the fasteners. Not a single loose bolt anywhere Great attention to detail by the person that assembled it! The person that delivered it (Wil?) arrived when promised and offered to show me the features but I have already gone over that with Scott the day before. So far I have only put a couple of hours on it . But the performance and capabilities of it are just as I expected. The only issue is I did not notice till after the delivery that one of the rear remotes that is supposed to have a float detent is just a spring center valve. That is just a matter that the wrong valve got shipped to be installed. I looks like it's not a big deal to swap it out for the correct float detent one. However that can wait till Spring when I should have enough hours on it to need the 50 hour service. As I don't need either of the rear remotes yet.

The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to service. We just purchased an amazing Kubota BX1880 with loader and we couldn’t be happier. The staff stayed late to help us and we went a couple times to make sure we were buying the equipment we needed and wanted. Each time we were there the staff were friendly and treated us so kindly. They explained things to us and answered our many questions. We got to test drive the tractor and we are super satisfied with our experience. I couldn’t be happier with our tractor and the amazing people who helped us at Kings Equipment. This isn’t the first time I’ve done business with them either. I bought my husband a weed whipper for Father’s Day a few years back. I had no idea what to get him and they were patient with me and helped me buy a high quality item. It still works wonderfully today. I look forward to do more business with them in the future.

I made a delivery today on 4th of July holiday weekend. They came into work this morning on Saturday to unload a kubota side by side that I was delivering for them.otherwise they were not going to be open until the following Wednesday morning..save me 4 days of sitting..very friendly and very accommodate people..

Very helpful in choosing the correct equipment for our job. Delivered and explained the operation clearly. Reasonable rental rates. Worked with us in regards to rain delays. No complaints.

Well I had to be certain and now its fixed I can comment. Now I dont know about the kabota or rental but the Sthil dealer side im not happy. 4 weeks ago a bought a new fs70r trimmer. It was under power not running well made a noise of squeal I never hear befor but ok maybe fuel issues. Dumped fuel out put fresh 50:1 tried to pump primer would not. On to of that the fuel tank was was under pressure I found this was not normal. I was upset since the guy that sold it to me put fuel in it and started it befor I left. So I took it another sthil center to get it fixed. I was informed they couldn't make a warranty claim due to they felt it was tampered with and didn't fall under defects. This is impossible it was brand new never used. They told me to take it back to were i bought it at.. Anyway I was NOT going to fight about it. Since the warranty was invalid I decided to take it apart. A one way check valve for primer ball fuel pump sthil calls them failed. It was allowed air to pass and fuel to flow backwards. New carburetor later.. Its fine though its fixed and im happy with it. I was deeply troubled by the fact of being played as the monkey in the middle. I was not going to fight who was right or wrong. I just wanted a trimmer that worked. There is something wrong but out of control I was not going to put myself in a position were I lose either way. This was a life lesson on how unaware you are. Im not placing blame but felt they should know what took place. Salesman ocaiderwood is on the receipt for $316.91 Dont contact me talk to him. I will not fight with them. Im in there records. I hope that this will help to prevent anything like this happening again. Thanks

Drove over an hour after a long discussion on a used rtv 1100. When I arrived and test drove it the machine it had a weak transmission that the salesman was fully aware of but failed to disclose beforehand. Plenty of other dealers out there. Choose wisely!
