Cherry Dispensary (Jackson): Great vibes, friendly staff

Had a chance to visit the Cherry Dispensary in Jackson for the first time recently. The place has a cool retro vibe in the lobby, with old-fashioned furniture and vintage decor. They even had Pac-Man games to play while you wait!
Unfortunately, they were experiencing some computer issues when I arrived. The staff was super apologetic and did everything they could to get customers checked out as quickly as possible. Despite the inconvenience, I'd definitely recommend this dispensary. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was awesome.

The 70’s vibe is very groovy and the staff is the best around! Easily my FAVORITE dispensary! To top it off there are always amazing deals!

Yelp Review: Cherry (marijuana dispensary) Jackson, MI

Sadly, Cherry is no cherry. We have been going out of our way to try all or most of the many cannabis dispensaries in the Jackson area. Cherry is one of the newer ones, settled in a former bank, it boasts a drive thru window. And has some really rock bottom specials now and then, like ’10 for $10’ pre-rolls – made of an inferior blend but the convenience is sort of worth it: you get what you pay for.

However, recently we bought Snow Caps in flower 3.5 oz. It was not cheap and was supposed to be infused with 50% THC. It tasted terrible (like vomit terrible) and DID NOT get us high. We called them back; they said yes, “it should have gotten you blasted.” They offered to “do something about it” and for the manager to call us back. He/she did not, so when we went in the next day and explained that we had called the previous day, they were like, “We don’t take product back, we don’t know if you have laced it with something”!!!?

We were not asking to have them take it back to re-sell it – of course not, but just to make good on 100% customer satisfaction that they promise, and to replace it with other, better, less foul, more reliable product. They just said “sorry… you’re SOL.”

That was the wrong answer, delivered with a very bad attitude. If we could give zero stars, we would. Take your weed business to Lettuce, or 420, or Lume, or Mood. These are all better shops.

This is one of the best newer opened places in jackson, conveniently located next to meijers, so makes my errand days so much easier. The crew is pretty awesome as well

Omg this place was amazing- we were first timers and the manager took care of us- I didn’t know she was the manager, but when we left, I gave the front desk a compliment on her and she said wow that was the manager and I said she’s awesome. All the products we got in there were delicious.

Cherry has a very fun and friendly vibe. 70s decor and vibes will give you a blast from the past! Quality products and my fav brands in one spot. Will definitely be stopping by again and checking out the grand opening on the 18th!

First a very cool interior "retro-vibe" the late 1970s look is cool.
That said a bit lightweight on the edibles selection and no pot dots (which they said they would get him).
