We used Mama Russo's catering for my Father's memorial. They where well on time and the order was flawless. All of the food was fantastic, especially the baked chicken. Highly recommend.

Mama Russo’s catered my wedding and did an amazing job! Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Guests mentioned that the chicken was very good and not dry. Catering prices are also very reasonable.

I used to buy your product in the grocery for a quick and easy, tasty meal at home; it WAS dependable and delicious. But all of the sudden there’s this rebrand, the product both looks different and is of a lesser quality. I am highly disappointed because just months after discovering this great local brand, it became a waste of money because the quality was that of the cheaper product. The new recipe is WATERED DOWN and less quality tasting. I was lucky last week and found one that had the old logo, and it was back to greatness, this week as I try again with the new logo, it’s again gross and watery. Disappointed. But hoping it will go back, the branding itself isn’t ugly but the new recipe is disappointing. Did they sell out? Or what happened..? Do I need to find a new favorite easy spaghetti dinner? Idk idk 🤷

We just used Mamma Russos Catering for our wedding this month. The food that they provided was good— my guests were happy as far as I know, and they prepared me gluten free pasta which I appreciated. Their setup was timely for the event, however, I would have appreciated them providing more silverware as we ran out pretty quickly before it was time for our cake, and they basically told us they wouldn’t be able to provide anymore. Overall, I felt that their food surpassed their customer service. This is a well established and fairly priced local business, and so while no one is perfect, their responsiveness and service could have been better during wedding planning. It often took me several days to get ahold of someone via text/phone for questions. Additionally, I was told my an employee in 2021 that they would be able to provide kids meals (via email), and then after offering the option to my guests, was told this wasn’t the case. I felt kind of disappointed by this. I also asked a few different times to add a certain menu item towards the end of finalizing things, and then ultimately it was not priced on my final quote and by the time they responded to me, it was too late. I was told by the owner a few times that they had five weddings on the same day as mine too, which frankly, not super reassuring as the bride/customer! I am giving them four stars because as I said— food was good and that’s important! But I think they could stand to make some adjustments to the communication side of things in order to make the process easier for those utilizing their services and to make it the experience just as good as their food was!

Fantastic food and service for our wedding! The lasagna, baked chicken and meat balls were a hit with our guests! I would definitely recommend Mama Russo's to anyone looking for a caterer! Absolutely no complaints! The staff are friendly and helpful as well

Mama Russo’s catered my nieces wedding reception this past weekend. Food was outstanding and delicious, hot food was hot, cold food was cold. The staff was on top of everything. Excellent job Mama Russo’s!
