We were in Marquette for a spring break getaway. Noticed this shop and checked it out. Bought a few fillet mignon steaks and a New York strip. Grilled them tonight. Amazing! Excellent quality meats. Need to order one of their packages next time we are in town! Highly recommended!

My all time favorite place for filet mignon, cudighi, and brats! My spaghetti sauce would not be complete without the Italian brats and cudighi. The staff is always friendly too. Love this place!

Went for a bulk purchase of some meats, went in and the nice lady said i’ll be ready to go in a hour. The website cannot be updated they said so i took a pic of the menu. Awesome place see you next month!

I went in and asked for flank steak. The woman behind the counter said they were out, but had skirt steak. I wasn't familiar with skirt steak and asked her about the cut of meat it is. She said it was located next to the flank steak. I asked her if it was going to be tender, and she said "very, very tender." She asked what I was making and when I said stir fry, she nodded. So I got it. As it was frozen, when I thawed it I saw two of them. Well it so tough it was barely chewable. Both cost me $18.00 total, and at $9.00 a pound and with what she said, I will never go back there again. This visit was a first for me and also my last.

I use to order from he all the time and get delivery they don’t deliver anymore and the lady that’s answered the phone the last few times is not very nice to talk to and it seems like there always out of things according to her even before the virus started.
