The team at U.P. Kubota did a great job taking care of us. Thinking I knew what I wanted Parker was able to steer me in the right direction to make sure what I ended up with, did the job’s we needed to get done. Having a dealership of my own and having been in the sales industry for a very long time his attitude and demeanor were great. He knew what he was talking about and confident on what he could deliver in our price range. Once we picked out the tractor agreed on a price, they delivered in a timely manner just as they said. The moment when your daughter wanted her prom pictures on a Kubota and the store accommodated her so she wouldn't wreck her dress on a muddy one. They were beyond excellent allowing her to come into the store and get some pictures taken. Dale even let her use his Kubota hat for a picture!

This place is a joke. All of these tractors , all these attachments , but when your tractor breaks, they have no parts in stock to fix it. If you're looking to purchase a new tractor, buy a Bobcat. Unfortunately, there wasn't a Bobcat dealer in the area when I purchased my Kubota.

My husband ordered forks for our Kubota tractor and put a deposit down. When he arrived to pick up the forks, no one at the desk had heard of his order. Shortly later, they found his order and said the forks were in Kingsford. Unsure how, when he called the Marquette office number that is listed on Google and also their website (where we looked at the forks). After going to a different store, we were finally able to get the forks. Not sure where the miscommunication was, but the whole transaction could have been much smoother.

I purchased a husqvarna snowthrower from here Fall 2021. I ordered some shear pins and a belt for it when I ordered it. They were upfront and told me that due to manufacturer warranty they couldn't recommend pins from anyone else but that the pins wouldn't be in until mid-march...well, that's pretty much now and the snow season is over. Of course, two pins busted amd one was busted right inside the bar. I loaded the machine up and brought it over and they were very easy to work with. They got it right out for me and gave me some good suggestions. I have had great customer service with them. I still don't have the shear pins but I know it isn't the dealer that is holding up the process so I give the dealer of the machine full stars. I have honestly had a great experience with them.
