First time there and of course was a bit nervous at first, but gotta say that they're polite, professional and did an excellent job processing our Pekin ducks. Merry Christmas to all and we'll most certainly be back when the need arises!

I called at 11:33am The day before my appointment, Call went straight to voicemail. Did not receive a call back, call again at 4:02 PM. Just trying to confirm that the appointment was still going as scheduled. Once again, straight to voicemail. Drove down the next morning anyway, I called again at 7 AM, which is when their drop offs were supposed to begin, straight to voicemail. I arrived, and the lights were on and after walking around the parking lot, I realize the drop offs were around back.. There is nothing but a very small sign with no indication at all that you’re supposed to go to the back, indicating where drop offs are supposed to be, once I finally did drop off my chickens I arranged to have my brother pick up the chickens and the dog crate that I dropped them off in. He was able to pick up the chickens, but no mention was made of my dog crate. I found that out at approximately 5:30 PM. I called them then as their pick ups were supposed to run until 6 PM. The phone rang, but went to voicemail. The mailbox was full and I could not leave a message, I called them again the day after the phone rang and I was able to leave a message but still have not gotten called back. Thank you, Munsell’s For giving me the push I needed to begin processing my own chickens.

I paid $22/duck to have them processed for me and I know it’s harder to pluck ducks, this is unacceptable.

Very nice place. It is clean, the workers are kind and were happy to answer any questions I had. They really do care about respecting the birds being butchered and made sure it was quick and humane. I really enjoyed this experience!

Super nice, professional, consistent. Two years now I have taken my chickens here with a great return product. I drive just under two hours to get them done here. Worth it all!
