I was able to purchase beef fat trimmings from this location to make my own venison burger. Very reasonable price and one of the first locations that sold some good prime rib fat for $5 per pound. Unlike comparable locations that would sell throw away scrap fats for the same price. Wonderful interaction with the owner and staff all around.

We live in lower Michigan & travel to the area 2-3 times a year. When we do, we ALWAYS take home a large order of Italian sausage, standup pork chops, & tenderloins! We can’t get the quality of meat like this where we live! We love this place! You can’t beat it!
