Let me start with this, I absolutely love the employees. They are always nice, funny, and really amazing overall. The food is great and I’m there very often. But the regional manager is HORRIBLE. Today I got banned from the establishment while trying to get money out of my pocket with stuff in my hands. The regional manager accused me of stealing publicly then kicked me out. After waiting outside for the person I was with to bring out what I was trying to buy the manager confronted me outside and yelled as I tried to explain myself. There was no reason for him to stop what he was doing and come interrupt the conversation I was having with my friend to try and “debunk” the fact I was getting money out. I even showed him the money I had brought to pay for my items. Kinda sucked but I get that it looks like stealing when you have stuff in your hands. However, I would have rather he followed me around the store and watched me pay for the items or in the parking lot let me go in and buy what I needed while he watches. Would have been a lot better if I were actually able to get a word out and explain my side properly.

Kelly Mason is such a great employee, shes fast, friendly, and relatable. when she's in the store the store is very clean and kept nice. I only go on there when she's working anymore.

The lady tells me they always put the toppings under the cheese unless I request different. How would I even know this? Ever pizza place ever puts the toppings on top of the cheese. Very strange and was not good for me. They already burned my first one so didn't. Other to ask for a new pizza. Guess I'll go somewhere else next time

I don't know anyone of them personally. Every time I have a bad day they make me feel welcome Everytime. I smile someone is there to smile back. We chat about our days sometimes. Good food, good service, but all who work around are what truly make this place. Kindness on a bad day is a light. I always love to see people when I go there.
