TLDR: They are 4.8 stars for a reason.

First off, they are blasting sweet swing/big band music the entire time.

The food came out within 5-10 minutes after ordering. They also have an open kitchen, so you can watch the chefs cook as you wait.

Asked for a preference and went with it. Very good food. Presentation is great too.

Got an iced Mocha and it was made very well.

Make time to enjoy this place if you come to Fairbanks.

This was outstanding!! Gluten free crepes were so good!! We had the BLT, cheese and pepperoni and a Nutella berry, all very good! Crepe held together pretty well for gluten and texture was fantastic! Definitely recommend!! Outdoor seating was gorgeous, service was super friendly and knowledgeable!

I’ve never encountered such a perfect harmony of flavors in a crepe before—the Crepery truly excels! I tried the Chicken Shawarma Crepe and the smoked salmon stuffed avocado, paired with a mimosa, and I’m ready to move to Fairbanks just for this incredible food!

Let me put it this way: if you find yourself in Fairbanks and skip The Crepery, you’re missing out on a quintessential part of the experience.

When I return, I hope to see a Michelin star on the wall of fame alongside the other impressive awards you've already earned.

The Crepery is hands down my favorite spot in town! Their crepes are absolutely amazing, but the Salmon crepe is an absolute must-try—it’s the perfect balance of savory and delicious. And if you have a sweet tooth, the crème brûlée is divine! The texture and flavor are just right, with a perfectly caramelized top.The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and Lizzie is so nice and welcoming! The quality of the food never disappoints. Whether you’re here for a meal or a dessert, you won’t be let down!

Had a wonderful lunch there.
Wide range of crepes to choose from.
The staff even allows customised order.
Crepes were just too delicious to eat on a cold weather.
Service was great from start till end.

Amazing place to get breakfast with a wide variety of crepes available. Had the bacon egg cheese one and the crab one and both were amazing especially the crab one. The turtle one was an excellent sweet option to go with the meal.
