Absolutely unprofessional and a bad place to get a load! I don't recommend this company for any business! My trailer was damaged, and nobody took care to cover the repair costs. I tried to reach the operation managers, but they literally hid!

Pretty fast unloading
Best way to get here take exit 59 then turn right on Grand River Ave then right on Morrison Lake Rd you will see the truck entrance sign

They were more patient and understanding than I expected -with my truck unable to move for maybe an hour (I was holding them up). My only issue, I had to hunt for their shipping/receiving... Look behind the dumpsters and trailers.
The two beautiful ladies, one at the guard shack and the other in shipping were are so kind. Felt better about the last two days issues after being in their presence and all they did was gave me No attitude... This trucker's very emotional -highway syndrome...

I picked up at the Portland ROAD Plant in Lake Odessa, MI. Pulled in there late Sunday afternoon and a nice man woke me up Monday morning at 7:30 AM. and immediately put me in a dock. Set temperature to 34 degrees for egg loads. Very clean facility and nice people. NEED 2 LOAD LOCKS TO GET LOADED.

Nice and professional people is working here ...very strict on cleaning....they will spray your truck all around at the gate and your shoes underneath... A lady at the receiving that she just got her shift she started unloading me directly .... i was earlier from my scheduled appointment ....fast unloading...NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.

Unusual, but, much, appreciated very, friendly, helpful, staff/customer. Like picking up loads here. Spring, summer, fall the outside smell is bearable!----((unlike some, poultry farms that I would not even, give one star; because the place wreaks, so bad, of dead animal. You get an instant gag reflex the minute you step out of your vehicle))

Watch out for their driver in PA. Almost ran my pregnant wife and I off the road on 309. I even gave a few courtesy beeps incase he couldn't see us. As soon as we passed the accident the driver sped past us and flipped me the bird. I understand having a bad day but this guy is putting people in danger.
