So I’m an Iowan, but my other half is from Alpena. Two years ago we stumbled upon Paul’s Jerk! My favorite is the sweet and spicy! Every brown trout we get some, and it’s never enough! Hopefully get more this fall! Just wow tender and super delicious

Honestly some of the best jerkey I've ever had. Locally made, locally sourced ingredients, awesome quality and hard to stop eating once you start! Doesn't have that chemical taste like store bought stuff and isn't that dried out tree bark stuff! Can't recommend them enough!

Easily the best Jerky in the entire area! Paul is also a really nice guy! I buy consistently from them at the Festival of Arts and Crafts in Grayslake. They will always be a guaranteed stop every time we go, hands down. They never disappoint! The Honey BBQ and Teriyaki sticks are my personal favorites!

Paul’s Gourmet Jerky is hands down the best jerky I have ever had in my life. My partner purchased some at the Saurkraut festival in Ohio and brought it back to Humboldt County, California. Let’s just say I make big orders, filled my fridge with them, and he happily ships them up to these neck of the woods. Everyone on the farm loves the hot darn jerky, and Paul is a pleasure to work with when making these orders. I will forever be a loyal customer and hope to meet this man someday, because this mountain man gets through his hard days at work with his jerky.

Purchased a variety of the jerky strips at the art fair in Lexington Mi. I ate 1, turned around and headed back for more.
