I was delivered incorrect rocks full of clay, I called at 4:30 they close at 5 no one to help me. I had friends coming help me that drove over an hour to put rocks in at that point didn’t want to waste their time or gas so we cleaned the rock as much as we could and put rocks in. Because the size was wrong I was way short. Called the next day and was told the owner offer was to deliver 1 yard of correct rocks I ordered 2 yards original. Ok here comes the 2 nd delivery full of wet clay again and as driver pulls out drops wet clay all over my driveway and grass! Emailed to express how I felt about my experience since it took me 3 days to clean the area and put down weed fabric that is now covered in clay! Such a disappointment and bad customer service! And no response to my email regarding how I felt!

They did a great job excavating for my new house. Just got mulch from them. They have milled asphalt, not a lot of places do.

My husband ordered a dump truck of crushed concrete. What we got was a ton of sand which will wash away with not much concrete left. It came out of the truck brown because it was so full of sand. My husband questioned the driver why it was so brown and not white. He said I knew you were going to ask that. He had another lady call him three times asking if it was actually crushed concrete because hers was the same way. We paid a lot of money that we didn’t have for mostly sand for our driveway, which will basically wash away. I had another contractor at my house today and he looked at it and said that crushed concrete is junk and asked where it came from, he also said it’s mostly sand. He couldn’t believe how much I paid for basically “junk”. I called Powell and my husband did and we got no where. Even though I said I wasn’t the only one to complain about the same thing she got defensive and very short. I Told the lady in the office what the driver said and she basically treated me like she didn’t believe me. They didn’t care. The lady in the office talked to the owner and he said they ordered crushed concrete and that’s what they got. Even though it was NOT good crushed concrete he obviously doesn’t stand behind what he sells. He could have talked to my husband but nope didn’t take the time to talk to him and try to resolve it. He really didn’t care. I guess if you order something from them you take what they give you. I thought that a business was supposed to stand behind their product. Doesn’t matter if it’s a load of crushed concrete, they still need to stand behind their products. When more then one customer complains about the same thing three times to the driver, wouldn’t that be a concern to the owner and you’d want to resolve the issue? We were just dismissed. Expensive lesson.

Extremely professional and clean.
They went above and beyond even to the point of putting the pile that I had cleaned from the property into a dumpster that had nothing to with the job they were hired to do!

The bill was considerably less than the quote, and the site was left looking great!

I even called to personally let them know how good they did! 😎

Great place to deal with! Close to home, good curteous, honest, customer service. They saved us time and money, by asking a few questions, they treated my wife respectfully, and got me what i needed, in a short time, and took care of the product. Dumped and spread it exactly as i asked, and did it all with a smile on their face.
Have dealt with them for years, decided it was time to give them a good ol atta boy!
