Had to wait to open account but was greeted with water Ave friendly hospitality. Wait 4 service didn't seem long line was taken care of quick enough.. Was clean and relaxing atmosphere

I really like the chemical branch at the other end of town. By walmart. This branch has very nice workers, but good grief. I have a life too. I sat there for a good 15 before i hit the call button. Its now been another 15 now.... Still nothing.

Amazing! On my first visit to this Chemical Bank branch I was so impressed. Honestly, I have never been treated so nice. Not even by my current bank which I have been with for 25 years. The staff was so friendly and efficient.

I used to be able to get what I needed from the ATM at your location I was even thinking about opening up a account until you changed the ATM denomination and made it to where you are just like every other bank....I liked the opportunity to choose my money
