I made a weapon purchase today got the Houghton lake store Jacob was my salesperson.
He was a very polite courteous and efficient employee.
At this time he was taking care of three different customers he kept everything very organized Jacob handled us all in helping make purchase decisions and answering any questions.
Jacob handled our paperwork
efficiently for the sale.
He is very knowledgeable on all of the weapons that you had in the case.
He took his time with all of us to do our paperwork for the purchases and was able to answer any and all questions that we had
This young man is definitely an asset to your business keep him around.
I drove 45 minutes to get to your store and will return again.

Absolutely excellent staff at Haughton Lake Store. They don't act like I'm bothering them asking questions like Jay's or other big box sporting good stores they are very respectful at answering my questions, I'm always happy shopping here & the great deals.

The employees of the Houghton Lake, MI Dunham's Sports were absolutely amazing. They had the item advertised, used my flash sale coupon and helped me load the large treadmill box on my truck. Helpful employees, great prices, well organized store...who can ask for more?

This store assumes women don’t actually want to participate in the outdoors the way men do. Well, we do! A plethora of options for men no matter what your sport is. Women get leggings and hoodies. Do better, Dunhams.

Good selection, good price, very poor service. One nice lady working the front register, not one other person. I needed to find something, in hunting, literally yelled "ANYONE WORKING HERE" no response. Yelled over 5 times, looked in every "employee only" area, no humans.
