Horrible experience! Ordered two items with two day delivery which was an additional $10.99 on January 30, 2025. One item, with an incorrect design, arrived 4 days later. Now, on February 16, 2025 still have not received other item. Tracking shows it has not moved in transit since 2/5 owner just keeps sending same tracking information saying it running late. Will not discuss a refund which I asked for over a week ago and no offer of replacement. Just keeps telling me to call my post office for help, which tracking shows it hasn’t been received in my area or post office. Thank goodness I used PayPal as I have filed a claim and they are now handling the problem.

Purchased a Pic-a-Bench and two Adirondack chairs w/ UP table through Michigan Made’s website. The bench was great. Friendly delivery. Quality built. Builder delivered the item and recommended care products.
It wasn’t until I began putting the UP table together before I realized there were gaps between the boards and one was slightly warped. The instructions were also not very easy to understand. Assuming the chairs were going to be of sub-standard quality, I decided to return them. When I contacted Michigan Made to return the items, it was a struggle to work with them. Instead of accepting that I was unhappy with the purchase, I had to prove with pictures that the table was defective. I was also responsible for return shipping. Why should the customer be responsible for return shipping for a defective item? Bad business in my opinion. They don’t stand behind the products they sell.
If you’re looking for craft kit outdoor furniture, look elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache to work with this company if something isn’t right.

I had a wonderful and professional experience through Michigan Made Products! My initial ornament request could not be fulfilled because vendor was out of stock on my choice. However, Kathy from MMP emailed me immediately with a different, in-stock suggestion. The ornament choice was wonderful! It took less than seven days from online purchase, switching ornaments mid-stream, and delivery! I was very happy!

Ordered online. Teensy tiny item not worth 19.95. Plus tax and shipping. Received 2 items smaller than described. Return policy is too expensive to return item and possible restocking charge. Not spending more of my money.
