Firstly, I have never been spoken too with such disdain and pure maliciousness. Not only do I feel racially profiled but my credits are always messed up always. They never have the right amount and just charge me whatever they please. I am medically disabled and suppose to be getting the discounted rate. Apparently there is too much incompetence within the dispatch office. Every dispatcher I have spoken to have been beyond rude, insinuating my intelligence and no one follows up on my credits. They magically dissappear after every ride, they also tack on added fees all the time with no explanation. One dispatcher named Bill screamed at me one day saying "their not a taxi service" when indeed they are even worse public transportation funded by the government. The bus drivers are always way to early and leave me behind frequently, instead of being there at the scheduled time, there is suppose to be a 15 minute window after the alloted time not before, and yet I have not only been left behind I missed important doctors appointments and on top of it they charged me a "no show fee". If that doesn't scream racially profiling and racist. Making me feel completely uncomfortable every bus ride or having anxiety about if the bus will even be where it is suppose to be. And when I call to discuss my complaints and the fact that I'm being charged when the drivers are being unprofessional and just blatantly don't care about their jobs or positions. Their actions and how I am treated clearly they have never been taught leadership reflects attitude. Unfortunately this is the only means of transportation me and my kids can take, it's been horrendous so far.
Hopefully management starts demanding professionalism and knowing their job is in transportation hopefully other mothers who is medically disabled doesn't fall subject to the verbal and emotional abuse

Been on hold for over 15 minutes supposedly only one caller ahead of me on a Saturday morning website states they’re open hard to arrange for a ride when nobody picks up the phone.

While most of the dispatchers are pleasant enough.
The dispatcher Alicia is very rude and screamed at me on the phone. Speaking over me and not allowing me to even set up my ride from the health clinic.
I am not from this area I am a single mother of 3 and I am medically Disabled and unable to drive, therefore I have to use public transportation. I waited at the bus stop for over an hour on the 5th of May and they are charging me $6 dollars for a ride that should have been discounted to begin with. She only calmed down once I asked for the supervisors name and number. To be treated in such a manner when I have never even ridden the bus out in the country before is appalling and I hope this is not how everyone is treated.
Not impressed at all at the "professionalism" more like lack thereof.

I've tried calling repeatedly for an hour now and it hangs up on me every time before the line even picks up this is ridiculous and unfairo the people who have to use public transportation

Very friendly drivers and dispatchers. Busses are very clean and the air conditioning is great! Never road before. But have used twice in the last two days. I might even start just going for rides with them to just get out of the house! I drive but can't really enjoy the ride when your driving. Pluses fares are outstanding!

I have luckily never had to us the transit but I still give them a low rating. It is ridiculous that at 7 am they hit their horn, wake people up, to let other people know they are there. Rude and inconsiderate.

Drivers are very nice and friendly, phone reps are as helpful as they can be but schedules are a mess! 30 to 90 minute waits for previously scheduled rides are the norm, rather than the exception. Scheduling a 6 am pickup for a 9:30 am connection 20 minutes away is not good time or resource management.

Great people. They do their best to make sure everyone gets to where they need to go. I lost my phone on one of their buses and they held onto it and gave it to me the next day.
