For a small town newspaper, the Clare County Cleaver is on top of it. Articles are informative and accurate. Current and upcoming events are always covered. I am big on spelling, punctuation and grammar and they are the BEST! They have high standards. If you know of something going on in the area, all you have to do is call and they will find out.
