Man man man checked in at 1300hrs was giving a dock at 1305hrs didn't get loaded till 1927hrs

Poor supervision lack of communication place is beyond ridiculous......need new management asap

Arrived at 1130 for a Noon pickup appt, in a dock at 1pm. Was then told load is not yet prepped. Broker at redwood was of zero help, I called shipper myself and was told he would be loaded within the hour. At 2:30 they reject us for a "odor". Clean swept out 2018 trailer that is nothing but food grade. Seems like product was never ready and pulling a fast one to not have to pay TONU.

My appt was 14:00. Check in few mins before my appt. When asked how long itll take them to get me loaded, was told an hour or two... two hours my... you know what! Its 19:20 im still here with the red light on. I think ive been loaded for couple hours now... probably waiting on paperwork... would not come here again. To dispatchers booking loads, ask for a pretty penny to book a load with this place.

As a Truck driver review,The management might have a good behaviour but there is a guy working at the shipping/receiving office who unload and load as well have a very negative behaviour. There is no sign outside the company, where to park the truck for unloading or loading. You have to park at the road with your flasher on and when you talk to the shipper/receiver he'll mad at you that why you park the truck beside the road. When o ask him how do I find the right spot at your company, he was speechless. Try to avoid to deliver before your appointment time.

Appointment @1400. Check in before. It’s now 1830 and still not loaded! JB Hunt doesn’t pay enough for me to burn my clock and have to drive all night to make delivery. Will not come back!
